Who we are

This website is operated by Quanto Retail (“Quanto”, “we”, “us”). We build retail ERP and related products for fashion and store businesses in India. For questions about this policy, write to [email protected].

What this policy covers

It covers personal information collected through this marketing website — for example the Get Demo form, emails and WhatsApp numbers listed here, and basic visit data. It does not replace the contract or data terms that apply when a retailer runs Quanto in their own stores. Shop-floor data inside a live Quanto system stays under that retailer’s control and agreement.

Information we collect

  • Demo and enquiry details you type in: business vertical, business name, mobile number, optional email, postal code, number of stores and employees, and your requirement or query.
  • Messages you send us on email or WhatsApp using the contacts on this site.
  • Technical data that browsers and hosting typically log, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of the visit. We use a simple sum on the demo form to reduce automated spam; that answer is not stored as a profile.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.

How we use it

  • To respond to demo requests and sales or support queries.
  • To understand which product or store format you are asking about.
  • To keep the site secure and working, including blocking obvious abuse of the form.
  • To send an acknowledgement if you gave us an email address.

We do not sell your contact details. We do not use them for unrelated third-party marketing lists.

Who we share it with

Demo and enquiry details are seen by Quanto’s sales and support team. Hosting, email and similar service providers may process the data only to run this site or to send mail on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept as long as we need them to follow up, to serve you if you become a customer, and to meet legal or accounting duties. You can ask us to update or delete an enquiry that is no longer needed.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold. No website transmission is completely risk-free. Please do not send passwords or payment details through the demo form.

Your choices

You can ask what enquiry data we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to stop using a number or email for sales follow-up. Write to [email protected]. We will handle requests in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies.
